New Format

A Beautiful Prayer

Heavenly Father,

How awesome is your name in all the earth!

I praise you for the brightness of your presence(Ez.10:4).
There is life in your presence, there is peace in your presence, and there is abounding joy in your presence(ps16:11).

Thank you Father that you have given me access to your presence through the precious blood of your son Jesus(Eph.3:12).

I will exalt and lift up on high the name of Jesus. You have placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything, for the church which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way(Eph1:23).

I thank you that Christ is in you and I am in Christ(John17:23).

I thank you that through your Spirit, we are united in sweet fellowship (Eph2:18).

I thank you Jesus for the streams of living water that flow from within me, welling up to eternal life (John7:38).

I love you Jesus,
.....you are the light of the world (John 8:12),
.....the bright and morning star(Rev.22:16),
.....the lover of my soul,
.....my rock and my redeemer(ps78:35),
.....my savior (Luke2:11),
.....my all in all,
.....my vision,
.....the author and perfector of my faith (Heb12:2),
.....my great high preist (Heb4:14),
.....my intercessor(Rom.8:27),
.....the bread of life(john6:35),
.....my good sheperd(John10:14)
.....and overseer of my soul (1Peter2:25),
.....my confidence(Eph.3:12),
.....my security(prov.1:33),
.....my sheild and my great reward(Gen.15:1),
.....my truest friend(John15:15),
.....my hope(1Tim.1:1),
.....my glory(col.3:4),
.....my Lord, my God(John20:28).

There is none like you!

You are more precious, costly, and more beautiful than anything I could ask for. There is nothing in all the earth that can even compare to you.

I will seek you in the morning and I will learn to walk in your ways, and step by step you'll lead me, and I will follow you all of my days.

I have tasted and know that you are good(Ps34:8).

I count all things a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing you. I want to know you and the fellowship of sharing in your sufferings, becoming like you in your death, so that I may experience your resurrection from the dead.

I want to be found in you and you alone, not having a righteousness that comes from obeying the law, but that which is by faith in you(Phil.3:7-10).

I trust you Lord with all of my heart and I will not lean on my own understanding. I will acknowledge you in all of my ways and you will direct my path(Prov.3:5-6).

What else can I do, but give thanks to you.

I will tell others about you, your praise will continually be in my mouth(Ps34:1).

May my life be a vessel for your life to shine through(Matt5:14) so that others may know the mystery of Christ in them, the hope of glory(col.1:27).

You are the potter, I am the clay(Isa64:8).

I will permit you, the Lord God Almighty to have total control of my life.

I will not be afraid, you are my helper, what can man do to me(Heb.13:6)?

You will be a sheild around me, my glory and the lifter of my head(Ps3:3).

I will not be dismayed, for you will strengthen me and help me and uphold me with your righteous right hand(Isa.41:10).

I will remain in you and your word will remain in me and I will bear much fruit, apart from you I will do nothing(John15:5).

Thank you for your Spirit, opening the eyes of my heart and giving me wisdom and understanding(Eph1:17-18) , that I may know the truth and the truth will make me free(John8:32)!

I will be still and know that you are God, you will be exalted among the nations, you will be exalted in all the earth(ps46:10).
