Spirit Filled
I live my life always, now
in the quiet of the "Secret Place,"
within the boundaries of God's will
there is my hiding place.
All things are held together by God,
He's the Head, and He's the center.
I use God's principals in my life
I go His way, so I can enter.
Hope's confident expectation can
stabilize my weary life.
My spirit, soul, and body; can be whole !
When the Lord comes, there should be no strife.
Faithful is He that calls me
And He also will bring it to pass.
No matter the trouble that befalls me
and good will come for me at last.
I'll put God first, and,
the rest will fit around that.
I must feed my soul daily
and use praise as my garment wrap.
Awake, Oh sleeper and arise from the dead
and Christ will shine on you.
I'll live my life just as I should
and Christ will see me through.
I'll be careful how I walk
not as unwise men, but as wise.
I'll make the most of my time
for in evil days, troubles can arise.
I will not be foolish
and I'll live in God's will.
I must give thanks to God always,
then, my being will be "SPIRIT FILLED."
